How many times a week do you eat fish? The Food Standards Agency recommends that we should all eat at least two portions every week, one of which should be oily. Not only is fish a rich source of protein, vitamins, minerals and essential fatty acids, but it is extensive in variety - so there is a fish out there to suit every taste bud and occasion. However, it seems only a quarter of us are meeting this quota.
