RECIPE IDEAS TO ENCOURAGE THE NATION TO FACE THEIR FISH FEARS

King Prawn & Pesto Linguine

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Ingredients:

 

 

1 pack Ready to Eat King Prawns

200g Linguine

1 heaped tablespoon of pesto

1 tablespoon of olive oil

25g pine kernels toasted

Fresh basil to garnish

 

Method:

Boil the linguine in lightly salted water, according to the instructions on the packet.

 

• Meanwhile gently warm the oil in a saucepan, and heat the King Prawns for 1-2 minutes.

 

• Take the pan off the heat and add the pesto and the drained linguine and toss well.

 

• Serve garnished with fresh basil and toasted pine kernels.

 

• Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil & enjoy!
