We all want to believe that we are free to do, be and have what we want in life, creating our own reality, and we are. However, how many of you realise, that it is through our thoughts that we create our experiences and our reality. And that our thoughts are influenced by the beliefs we hold and the feelings and emotions we have towards them?
Your thoughts, your beliefs, your feelings and your emotions are the elements that give you your individuality and create the world around you and how you perceive it. Most of you will be familiar with the Natural Law of Gravity which affects each and everyone of us. Well just like Gravity there is another Natural Law that also affects each and everyone of us. We have been aware of the effects of this Law for hundreds of years and many books have written about the power of it without them being attributed to this Natural Law. Some of those books are “Think and Grow Rich”, By Napoleon Hill; “The Science of Getting Rich”, By Wallace D. Wattles; “As A Man Thinketh”, by James Allen and “The Power of Your subconscious Mind” by Dr. Joseph Murphy.
Matthew 7:7 - 8 Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you:
8 - For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it shall be opened."
Even with these references dating back hundreds of years, there are still only a few of us that are aware of it. It is only since the expansion and theories of Quantum Physics that we are now becoming more aware of this Law. It is this law that is responsible for creating our experiences and our reality. It is the Law of Attraction.

We engage the Law of Attraction through our thoughts which are influenced by our beliefs and the feelings and emotions they create. “Ask believing and ye shall receive”, “As it is within so it is without”.
How many of you ever think to yourselves why things didn’t go as planned? Why some appear to have everything and others don't?
Have you ever thought about a friend and the phone rings and it's the very friend you were thinking of?
Have you ever been looking for some information and a book catches your eye, one that you wouldn’t have thought of picking up but has the very information you were looking for?
How many of you have ever moaned about your job, your boss, your salary, and then changed jobs only to find the very same reasons to moan about again?
We have all had experiences like these and they were all created by our thoughts. It is only by changing our thoughts and the beliefs that influence them that we can change the outcome.
Do you have different groups of friends that never meet? You will find that it is you that has similarities to each group.
Have you ever noticed any similarities in the relationships you have? You will probably have heard it said “that you have to love yourself before someone else can love you”. The reason for this is simple - our ideal partner is a reflection of us. In other words you have attracted the partner that is in your experience through your thoughts, feelings and emotions. So if you don't feel loved from your partner you now know why! This doesn't just apply to love or relationships of a romantic nature because your thoughts create your personality and you draw those to you that match your thoughts.

Everything you ever experience is a match to your thoughts that are backed up with your beliefs and the feelings and emotions they create.
So why don’t we always experience what we truly desire?
Because our Conscious mind is unaware of more than 85% of what is held in our Subconscious, where our memories and beliefs are held. We draw on these when we make decisions, which in turn create our circumstances and determine how we perceive the world around us.
Because so few of us know what our ‘true beliefs’ are and how they influence our thoughts, many of us feel that our lives are not moving on the way we expect them to or want them to. This leads us to giving our situation a reason for it being that way. For example, ‘That’s just the way it is’, ‘I can’t change this because’, ‘it’s my circumstances’, and we generally give up trying to make the changes we really want.
Nothing in your experience was created without it being a thought first!

Therefore our lives are ‘lived out’ through our thoughts which are influenced by our beliefs and it is these beliefs and thoughts that create our circumstances. Another way of looking at it is ‘Our beliefs influence our thoughts, therefore our choices and therefore our circumstances.
Wouldn’t it be nice if we could take control of our thoughts and create our reality the way we want?
